So I spent Friday night checking out the latest Marvel Studio's release 'Ant-Man and the Wasp' and the newest addition to the Mission impossible franchise, 'Fallout'.
While Ant-Man and his erstwhile partner in super heroics battling to save (insert name here as I don't do spoilers) was thoroughly entertaining and a solid addition to the Marvel big screen cannon (and you HAVE to wait for the mid credit sequences, which are, y'know, pretty darn fine), the crazy Scientologist saving the world from bad guys was, and I know it's going to be a controversial opion, the better of the two. Old Tom has upped the ante tenfold and made a film that's so tense, you'll nearly puke from an adrenaline overdose.
And as first posts go, I reckon that should do it...

lol way to go there, boss Have as yet seen neither, having exiled myself to a place with no movie theatre within about thirty miles (and no pigging personal transport), but am definitely looking forward to the Ant-man sequel. MI has been a series with some serious ups and some laughable downs. Will definitely watch the new one when it comes out, but I just know, every time THAT scene is shown, I'm gonna wince my fool head off, cos you notice the moment when his ankle is just all kinds of 'Ohhh hellno.'
